How long will this take?

Processing time usually takes around 1 to 2 hours. It all depends on how busy our underwriters are and how fast you can get information back to us. Take a look at the following steps to see what you will be going through if you apply.

1. Fill out application form (2 to 3 minutes tops!)

• This stage is pretty quick! Just provide us your personal, financial, employment, and references information.

2. Access bank account through Flinks Instant banking verification (1 minute)

• Once you are finish with the application form, you will be asked to access your bank account through Flinks. Please ensure that you do, otherwise your application will incur delays.

3. Document phase (indefinite)

• If you do not have a Flinks statement then you will end up in this phase. An agent will ask you to access your bank account through Flinks. If your bank is not supported by Flinks, then you will need to provide ALL the documents required. 

4. Validation phase (30 minutes to 1 hour)

• In this phase, our underwriters validate your application information using your Flinks statement. If some details do not match, then an agent will reach out to you for verification or clarification.

5. Evaluation phase (30 minutes to 1 hour)

• In this phase, our underwriters will start evaluating your bank statement to see if you qualify for a loan with us. We may still ask for additional documents at this stage if we need some clarification and/or verification as well. So please expect our agent to reach out to you.
