How to reset your password

There are 2 ways to reset your password:

1. Go to www.goloans.ca and click on Login. At the login page, click on "Forgot your password?". You will receive an email with your new password.

2. You may ask for assistance from our agents by: (1) Going to www.goloans.ca and click on the live chat, (2) Email us at [e-mail], or (3) Text/Call us at [phone].
