- How do I pay?
- You do not have to worry about that! We will automatically debit your loan payments in your bank account, as agreed upon our contract.
- Can I repay my loan early?
- Yes, you can! Please contact us at info@gestionmultifinance.com.
- How much is my remaining balance?
- If you wish to know what your remaining balance is, please contact support@goloans.ca.
- How come the loan payment has not been debited from my bank account yet?
- Sometimes the process can be longer with some bank institutions. If are concerned with this and wish to talk to our agent, you may contact us at support@goloans.zendesk.com.
- Can I get another loan even if I still have an active one with you?
- No, you may not. We offer one loan at a time. After you have paid back your current loan, you may renew your application.
- I need to change my payment dates.
- If you have not signed the contract yet, you may contact support@goloans.ca. But if you have signed the contract, please contact info@gestionmultifinance.com.
- Can I repay early and renew my application?
- Yes, you can repay early. Send your request to info@gestionmultifinance.com. You can renew your application after a grace period to give you time to complete the previous loan before the beginning of the payment cycles of your new loan.
- I want to defer my payment.
- If you need to defer a payment, you must contact info@gestionmultifinance.com 72 hours in advance. This is subject to approval and will result in a $ 25 fee that will be added to the end of your contract.
